    ICAP Assessment

    The ICAP is an evaluation to help determine the services and supports needed by people who receive waiver disability services through Wyoming Department of Health, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Section.

    WIND is conducting a research study to help streamline the quality and number of assessments needed to receive disability services. This research will evaluate the FASI Assessment and its accuracy in identifying the level of care needed by people accessing disability services.
