In order to obtain basic access to WyoCloud, all employees must complete training assigned through the Learning Management System. Training is assigned to employees based on their assignment category of their primary position. After completing the required training, access is granted to the system by close of the following business day. 

Training can be accessed through the Learning link from My Profile within WyoCloud. The Accessing Assigned Training in WyoCloud Learning Quick Reference Guide (QRG) details the steps.

In addition to basic access training, employees may be required to complete further financial training related to their position and/or job duties.


There are three Human Resource trainings you may be required to take as well:

  •  WyoCloud Manager/Supervisor Access

    • Assigned by HR to those employees serving in a manager/supervisor role

  • WyoCloud Decentralized Human Resources

    • Assigned upon request for those designated as a Decentralized Human Resources Representative (DHR)

  • HCM Recruiting System Access

    • Assigned upon request when selected to a hiring team

To supplement online trainings, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) are available in the WyoCloud Knowledge Base. These QRGs provide written instructions on how to navigate the system.
