Student Orgs Staff

Key responsibilities:

Our student orgs support team is comprised of two (2) student orgs office aides that assist with the daily operations of the Student Organizations and Entertainment Office. Apart from daily operations, the student orgs support team assists in the following responsibilities:

  • Poster Run approvals for student orgs
  • Equipment rentals check out
  • Event approvals (General Meetings & Events with Food/Drink)
  • P-Card check out

Key responsibilities:

Educational and leadership programming, advisor to level 1 student orgs, day-to-day financial operations for student orgs (with UW Foundation Accounts), new student org forming process, equipment rental program, car rental request, poster run approvals for campus departments, and supervision & development of student orgs support team.
