Janel is the director of the ECTL. She completed her BS in Social Work from St. Cloud State University, an MA in Adult Education from Appalachian State University and her PhD in Educational Psychology from The University of Tennessee. She currently teaches courses on Teaching Methodologies and Applications in Higher Education. Her scholarly interests include the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) and Faculty Development. Her areas of expertise include Collaborative Communication, SOTL and Educational Psychology.

Ashli is the Assistant Director of the ECTL. She completed her BS in Secondary Education from Oklahoma Christian University, her JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law, and her PhD from the University of Wyoming College of Education. She works with each member of the ECTL team to facilitate faculty support and effective student learning. Her scholarly interests include experiential learning, leadership, legal pedagogy, and adult education. Ashli is a Wyoming native, proud of her mountain heritage, and lives in Laramie with her husband and four children.

Jake is the coordinator of data in the Division of Assessment and Scholarship of Teaching & Learning. He has completed two degrees from the University of Wyoming, a BS in Broadcast Communications and a Master's in Public Administration. He is in charge of the collection of assessment data, website management and oversees the administrative aspects of the University Studies Program.

Heather is the Associate Director of Assessment. She completed her MA in Higher Education Administration at the University of Wyoming in 2018 and recently completed coursework for her Ed.D. in the same field. Her scholarly interests include higher education access and success for underrepresented student populations. Her areas of expertise include assisting individuals and families in addressing social determinants and internal policies impacting access in adult education, higher education and healthcare.

Christi is the divisional head of Online & Digital Learning and an Instructional Designer. She has completed three degrees from the University of Wyoming, BS in Biology, MS in Instructional Design, and EdD in Adult Learning and Technology. Christi has taught courses across the institution from instructional design to leadership. She currently teaches in the School of Culture, Gender, and Social Justice as well as Kinesiology and Health. Her scholarly interests and areas of expertise include diversity, equity, and inclusion, inclusive pedagogy, online education, emerging technologies, and faculty development. Christi is also the co-coach for the UW Nordic Ski.

Meg leads the Critical and Creative Thinking division and is an instructional designer. She completed both her BA in Humanities and Fine Arts and MA in Interdisciplinary Studies at UW and teaches Professional & Technical Writing for the English Department. Her scholarly interests and areas of expertise include professional and technical writing, teaching writing and communication skills, teaching critical and creative thinking, building learning communities, and digital teaching and learning.

Jeff officially joined the ECTL in 2017. He has an MS in Adult Learning & Technology and a BS in Comprehensive Broadcasting, both from the University of Wyoming. Prior to joining academia, Jeff worked in television/video production. He is currently part of the ECTL's Digital Teaching & Learning team. He also teaches the capstone course for the BAS degree, Developing Organizational Leadership. Jeff's professional interests include digital teaching & learning and organizational leadership. His areas of expertise include digital teaching & learning, current UW supported digital teaching solutions, and legacy online education practices and technologies.

Dilnoza is the Assessment Specialist in the Division of Assessment and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) at the ECTL. Dilnoza has a Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Literacy Studies (minors in Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methodologies) and International Studies. Her MA is in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on English as a Second Language (ESL). She earned both graduate degrees from the University of Wyoming. To advance her career, Dilnoza is completing Public Leadership Credentials from Harvard University. Dilnoza's areas of expertise includes a skill set in intercultural competence, program development and assessment, research professional development trends, and providing professional development support. Her research include adult education, scholarship of teaching and learning, lifelong learning, non-formal education, and international education.

Oksana is an Instructional Designer at the UW Ellbogen Center for Teaching and Learning. She completed her PhD in Instructional Technology, from the University of Wyoming, and has taught online and web-conferencing classes in online education, educational policy, statistics, and qualitative research. Her scholarly interests include quality assurance, faculty development, and teaching strategies in synchronous and asynchronous online courses. Her areas of expertise include online education, quality assurance, and educational technology application. She is a Quality Matters Master Reviewer and Coordinator for UW.

Amy is a Senior Instructional Designer within ECTL's Digital Teaching & Learning team. She completed her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction and M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Washington. She collaborates with stakeholders across disciplines to create accessible, engaging, and learner-centered online and hybrid courses. Her professional interests and areas of expertise include Universal Design for Learning (UDL), curriculum design, instructional design models, E-learning authoring tools, multimedia design, quality assurance, and project management.

Janissa has a BA in Math Education and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Wyoming. Her interests include neurodiversity advocacy, organization and data management, place-based character driven narratives and multi-genre autobiographical fiction. Janissa assists with organization, finances, marketing, collaboration, and coordination between divisions at the ECTL.
