IGLP Graduate Program Coordinator and Facilitator
Doctor of Nursing Practice Candidate- Family Nurse Practitioner
Program Coordinator of Diversity Education for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Morgan is the lead program developer for the Inclusionary and Global Leadership Program (IGLP). She is currently pursuing her doctorate in nursing practice with the hopes of providing quality, equitable healthcare to all people as a future Family Nurse Practitioner. Her focus is on decreasing health disparities and targeting social determinants of health within rural communities so that healthy living might be accessible to all. Morgan earned her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing here at UW and is now a Registered Nurse with a background in Emergency Medicine. Outside of school, Morgan spends her time Morgan teaching ski lessons at Snowy Range Ski Area and acts as the program coordinator for the Downtown Clinic Exercise program. She loves to backcountry ski, mountain bike, and participate in ultrarunning events. Morgan is passionate about bringing to light the importance of inclusive and diverse leadership and is excited to share the IGLP with her colleagues here at UW and beyond.
Senior Project Coordinator - Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Kaila Mills joined the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team in July 2017
as the Administrative Assistant. Since that time Kaila has provided support to Dr.
Emily Monago and Christi Carter. In August 2021 Kaila was promoted to Senior Project
Kaila is a long time resident of Laramie beginning her undergraduate career in August 2010. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Communication in May 2015. During her time as a student, Kaila filled many roles for the University of Wyoming including positions in Residence Life and Dining Services and the Office of Admissions. Following graduation Kaila worked as the Administrative Assistant in the Office of the President and for the Vice President of Governmental and Community Affairs.
Kaila is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Administration at the University of Wyoming.
