What is Art Education?

UW’s art education program supports students’ development as reflective, innovative and engaged K-12 art educators. In-class learning is augmented with firsthand teaching experiences in local and regional schools and includes teaching people of all ages in community-based arts settings. Upon graduation from our program, students earn Wyoming licensure for teaching K-12 Art.
