Sean Moore is the Associate Director, Business Optimization & Support. With his experience in leadership, program management, change management, and cost recovery, Sean blends experience with an unwavering commitment to partnering with clients and promoting innovative concepts and ideas. His all-inclusive approach to customer service ensures that organizations adhere to best practices while maintaining flexibility to meet evolving needs.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sean is a versatile individual who brings his energy and enthusiasm to other aspects of life. As the spirited voice of the UW Cowgirl Basketball and Volleyball teams, as well as the Laramie High School basketball team, he connects with sports enthusiasts and brings the excitement of the game to fans far and wide.

Cheyenne is a seasoned Financial Affairs Associate with a strong focus on project management. She is a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) and offers her expertise to oversee and optimize various aspects business operations. Cheyenne has been with the FAST team since its beginnings in September of 2019. Cheyenne is an alumna of the University of Wyoming, graduating cum laude from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Hannah is a Financial Affairs Associate intent on helping to guide UW departments with financial systems. She is engaged in providing management-level services to the business operations of designated areas including, personnel, financial and office activities and services on a temporary, as-needed basis. Hannah organizes the team's recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of student interns. Hannah’s previous experience as an elementary teacher in Lander, WY, specifically focused on teaching 4th grade math and interventions. She is an alumna of Chadron State College, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an Area of Concentration in Special Education.

Lillian (Lilly) is a Financial Affairs Analyst focusing on helping campus departments and users with UW financial management systems. Originally from Iowa, Lilly’s previous experiences include time spent in healthcare, time with the Cowboy Country Swing Club, and time as a Student Intern with the FAST Team. She is an alumna of the University of Wyoming, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management concurrent with Business Marketing.

Caleb is a Financial Affairs Analyst who graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in Blockchain from the University of Wyoming. Originally from Casper, Caleb began his journey with FAST as an intern in 2023, gaining valuable experience that he now applies and expands upon in his current role. His previous experience includes business operations, photo/videography, and athletics, all of which he pulls from to enhance his analytical skills, creativity, and strategic approach in supporting the financial operations of the university. Caleb is dedicated to improving processes and contributing to the community of UW!

Faith is a Financial Affairs Intern who joined in January of 2024. She is a senior from Cheyenne, WY majoring in Finance and minoring in Blockchain and Real Estate Finance. After graduation, she plans on entering the finance field, and later starting her own business. Faith is excited to expand her knowledge and skills with the FAST team.

Sam is a Financial Affairs Intern who joined the team in January 2024. He is a Senior from Riverton, Wyoming. He is concurrent majoring in Accounting and Business Economics. After graduating, he plans to attend graduate school for a Master’s in Accounting with hopes to obtain his CPA license and use it to break into the field of forensic accounting. He plans to use the knowledge and skills he gains from FAST in his working life.

Adriana is a Financial Affairs Intern who joined the team in May of 2024. She is a senior from Anthem, Arizona majoring in Agricultural Business. During her time at the University of Wyoming she has competed in college rodeo and has gained experiences from multiple sales positions. After graduating, she plans to attend graduate school for a Master’s in Financial Planning with hopes to become a Certified Financial Planner and later starting her own business in Agriculture. Adriana is excited to gain new skills and knowledge from FAST to use in her professional career.

Adrik is an ambitious Financial Affairs Intern who joined the team in May of 2024. Originally from the coastal city of Huntington Beach, California, Adrik brings with him a unique blend of enthusiasm and a strong academic foundation. He is currently a senior, and he is pursuing a rigorous double major in Finance and Accounting. He has also engaged in various projects and group assignments that have honed his ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Looking ahead, Adrik plans to enter the workforce in the finance and accounting field upon graduation. His positive attitude and strong work show that with perseverance and a commitment to excellence, one can achieve great things in the future.
