Advance Your Career at UW Today

Literacy is the ability to read, write, speak and listen in a way that allows us to learn about our world and communicate effectively. Literacy represents a central area of instruction in K-12 schooling and it is widely recognized that proficiency in literacy is critical to a student's long-term academic and career success.

The Literacy Endorsement program at the University of Wyoming College of Education provided an excellent opportunity to learn current research that was timely and pertinent to the work I do in the classroom. The format made earning this endorsement fit smoothly into my already busy schedule. The topics covered were on point. I would recommend this program to anyone thinking about a literacy endorsement program or looking for a relevant master's program.
